RETURN & CANCELLATION:

How would I return an item bought on the Icarefurnishers Website?

At Icarefurnishers we offer a 7-day return policy on all products. Returns are acknowledged uniquely for the accompanying reasons:

  • Hampered Product
  • Dead on Arrival
  • Broken segment part
  • Missing segment part
  • Assembling Defect
  • Deficient Product
  • Wrong Product

 Note: If you've bought an item as an enrolled client, you can follow the means beneath to start an arrival. In case you're a guest client or an enlisted client who can't get to 'My Account', at that point please fill this structure.

Stage 1: Initiate a Return Request

  • Login to Your Account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on RETURN for a thing you wish to return.
  • Select the purpose behind return and transfer supporting photos before hitting Submit including receipt.

Stage 2: Share Info for Pick Up

  • Our delegate will call you inside 48 hours to affirm the date of pick up

Stage 3: Pick Up

  • Handover the product you wish to return to our Icarefurnishers Courier Assigned Courier Person.
